Instant Relief Fudge

Ingredients:


4 tablespoons butter

3 ounces unsweetened chocolate

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

16 ounces confectioners sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts -- optional

1/2 cup miniature marshmallows -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Butter an 8 inch square pan and set aside. Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat in a heavy, medium sized saucepan. Stir in corn syrup, water, and vanilla extract. Remove from heat and immediately stir in confectioners' sugar, and nuts and/or marshmellows, if using. The mixture will be quite stiff. Pack into prepared pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 1 3/4 pound Heart preserver tip: There are none. Fudge is not a heart healthy foo
