1 pieces butter or oleo
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 large eggs -- slightly beaten
1 pound powdered sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Preparation / Directions:

Melt oleo in pan, add chips, stir until melted. Add eggs and beat well. Add sugar and vanilla, mix with mixer and add nuts and pour in pan.
