Magic Chocolate Fudge

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
15 ounces Eagle brand condensed milk
3 pieces squares unsweetened chocolate - cut into small pieces
1 liters cup nuts - chopped

Preparation / Directions:

Mix sugar, water and Eagle brand milk in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat to 237 degrees or until mixture forms firm ball stage. Remove from heat add chocolate and heat until it is melted, add nuts at once and beat by hand or with mixer until thick and creamy. Pour into a buttered pan.
