Hershey Cocoa Fudge

Ingredients:


3 cups sugar

2/3 cup cocoa

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups milk

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanila
 

Preparation / Directions:


Butter a square pan; set aside. Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil until soft ball forms when dropped in water. Remove from heat, and add vanilla and butter. Beat with wooden spoon until fugde thickens and loses some of it's gloss. Pour into buttered pan and cool. Cut into square
