No Cook Cheese Fudge

1/2 pound butter -- (2 sticks)
1/2 pound soft cheese -- (american or velveeta)
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 pounds confectioners sugar -- (powdered)

Preparation / Directions:

Melt butter and cheese in microwave. Put sugar and cocoa in large mixing bowl. Add melted cheese-butter into sugar, beat until smooth. Can add nuts, if desired. Pour into three 8 x 8 inch pans. Chill to set. Can be frozen. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
