Strawberry Cassis Parfait

10 ounces frozen unsweetened raspberries
2 tablespoons creme de cassis
1 tablespoon sugar
1 Cup fresh strawberries -- hulled and sliced
1 pint vanilla ice cream -- slightly soft

Preparation / Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients in food processor or blender and puree. Transfer to a bowl. Very gently stir in sliced strawberries. Layer ice creal with strawberry mixture in 2 parfait or large wine glasses.
