Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients:


4 cups bread -- (8 slices)

16 ounces pineapple chunks -- drained and cut up

3 large eggs

2 cups sugar

1 cup margarine -- melted

1/2 cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cut or tear bread in small pieces; combine with pineapple in large bowl. 2. Beat eggs, sugar, margarine and milk in medium bowl; pour over bread cubes and pineapple, mixing well. 3. Pour mixture into 2-quart baking dish; bake in preheated 350 F. oven 30 to 40 minutes.
