1 quart sauerkraut

2 medium apple

1/2 cup apple cider

1 teaspoon brown sugar

2 teaspoons butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame simmer for 5 minutes remove from heat serve hot
