Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 350*F. Peel, core and slice apples. Cut apples in half crosswise; place in a deep dish pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cake mix. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. (You can also add some oatmeal to the cake mix, if you want.)
