Mango Whip

Ingredients:


3 large mangoes

3 teaspoons sugar

1 medium papaya -- peeled seeded and cut into small pieces

1 cup low-calorie whipped topping

6 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
 

Preparation / Directions:


Peel and pit the mangoes. Cut the fruit into pieces and puree in a food processor. Add the sugar and stir in the papaya. Fold in the whipped topping. Top each serving with pecans and serve. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
