Hurricane Fruit Salad

Ingredients:


1 cup sliced bananas

1 cup orange sections -- fresh peeled

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 cup sliced kiwi fruit -- peeled

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup cantaloupe balls

1/3 cup dates chopped

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

6 bunch lettuce leaves
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except the coconut and the lettuce. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with the coconut.
