Ingredients:


1 cup flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons peanut oil

2/3 cup water

1/4 cup sesame seeds

3 Cup peanut oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine dry ingredients stir in oil-mix well form into a ball gradually stir in water-mix into a smooth batter stir in sesame seeds-mix well adjust consistency so that batter drips slowly from food heat oil to 375 degrees cut bananas into 1-inch pieces dip bananas into batter, alloing excess to drip off deep fry until golden drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve warm
