4 cups blueberries
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 dash salt

Contributed to the echo by: Debra Heng Originally from: "Victory Garden" BLUEBERRY CLAFOUTTI Grease and flour a suitable baking dish. Add berries. Combine milk, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Add flour and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over berries. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden and puffy.
