1 medium banana
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ounce myers dark rum
1 package vanilla ice cream

Preparation / Directions:

1. Melt butter in saute pan. Saute sliced bananas in butter.

2. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stir until bubbly.

3. Add rum with caution as it will flame up.

4. Serve over a scoop of ice cream.
