Ingredients:


1 3/4 cups sugar

1 cup vegetable or canola oil

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup walnuts -- chopped

1 cup raisins

2 cups apples -- peeled, chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour a13x9 pan. Mix together all ingredients. DO NOT USE MIXER. Pour into pan and bake 40-50 minutes. Cool and cut.
