Ingredients:

8 cups loosely packed fresh spinach -- (approx. 1/2 lb.)
1 medium sectioned texas ruby red grapefruit -- (reserve remaining juice for dressing)
 

Preparation / Directions:

Wash spinach and tear into salad size pieces; add grapefruit sections and juice. Toss well. Tasty served as is, or try a small amount of low-calorie French dressing. To some the slight tartness of fresh spinach makes the grapefruit taste sweeter.
