Mocha Frosting

Ingredients:


1/3 cup Margarine or butter -- softened

2 Ounces unsweetened chocolate -- Melted and cooled

1 1/2 teaspoons Powdered instant coffee

2 cups Powdered sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla

2 tablespoons Milk -- about
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix margarine and chocolate in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar and coffee. Beat in vanilla and milk until smooth and of spreading consistency. Frosts a 13 X 9 inch cake or fills and frosts two 8- or 9-inch cake layers. 16 SERVINGS;
