Hot Fudge Sauce/ Chocolate Frosting

|6 ounces nestles semi sweet chocolate morsels
|1/2 cup pet evaporated milk
Preparation / Directions:
1. Put ingredients into a heavy 1 quart saucepan. 2. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts completely. Serve warm over ice cream, cake or pudding. Makes 1 cup. Any left? can be reheated over low heat.
FUDGE MALLOW SAUCE Add 1 cup miniature marshmallows in step 1.
FUDGE PEANUT SAUCE Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter in step 1.
FUDGE MINT SAUCE Add few drops peppermint extract after chocolate melts.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING Make one of the Fudge Sauces described above. When chocolate melts, remove from heat and stir in until smooth 3 cups sifted powdered (confectioner's) sugar. Makes enough to frost two 8 or 9 inch layers of cake or 36 cupcakes. Frosting can be thinned with a little more pet milk or thickened with powdered suga
