1 stick margarine

2/3 cup hersheys cocoa

3 cups confectioners sugar

1/3 cup low-fat milk

1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt margarine. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add confectioner's sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk, if needed. Add vanill
