Great Chocolate Frosting

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup sour cream

Preparation / Directions:

Combine butter and chocolate in a heavy saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir until melted and smooth transfer to a stainless bowl whisk in cocoa powder and vanilla whisk in half of the powdered sugar and sour cream whisk in remaining sugar whisk in enough of the remaining sour cream to a spreadable consistency use as desired
