Ingredients:

1/2 cup riverview butter
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup fishers blend flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup ghirardellis ground chocolate
1 1/2 cups scalded riverview milk
1/4 cup strong coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:

Cream butter, add confectioner's sugar. Beat egg; add sugar, flour, salt, chocolate sifted together; add milk and coffee, cook over hot water 10 or 15 minutes; cool, flavor. Add to creamed butter and suga
