Ingredients:


1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese -- sieve

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 tablespoons diet margarine -- melted

1/2 cup equal-sugar twin

1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sieve cottage cheese through strainer to smooth. Mix all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Frosts one cake.
