CREAMY COCOA FROSTING

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Margarine or butter -- softene
1/3 cup Cocoa
2 cups Powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 tablespoons Milk -- about
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix margarine and cocoa in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat in vanilla and milk until smooth and of spreading consistency. Frosts a 13 X 9 inch cake or fills and frosts two 8- or 9-inch cake layers.
