Cream Cheese Frosting - Sugar Free

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups light cream cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons margarine -- softened

4 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 tablespoons 1% milk -- to thin frosting

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate -- melted
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Beat together margarine and cream cheese. 2. Melt chocote and add to cheese mixture. 3. Add honey and vanilla, beat until combined. Add milk as required to reach desired consistancy.
