Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

6 ounces semisweet chocolate
3 tablespoons water
6 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation / Directions:

MICROWAVE chocolate and water in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool. BEAT in cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Gradually beat in sugar until well blended.
