2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs -- slightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
2 cups ground cooked ham
8 ounces crushed pineapple -- well drained
1 cup Vegetable oil

Preparation / Directions:

Combine flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Stir in eggs. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in ham and pineapple. Spoon 1/4 cupfuls into a small amount of hot oil; brown on both sides. Drain well on paper towels.
