Red Beans In Wine

4 cups red beans -- cooked
1 tablespoon butter
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup consomme

Preparation / Directions:

In Dutch oven or large saucepan, heat butter. Add onion and cook until slightly browned. Add flour and cook until flour is slightly browned. Stir in wine. Add beans and consommé. Bring to boil.
