1 large egg mixture -- (as in basic French omelet), * see note
3 medium boiled potatoes
2 tablespoons butter

Preparation / Directions:

* Note: The recipe for "Basic French Omelet" is included in this database. Dice potatoes. In heavy skillet, heat butter. Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown.
