1 large egg mixture -- (as in basic French omelet), * see note
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 pound salt pork -- diced
2 medium boiled potatoes -- diced

Preparation / Directions:

* Note: The recipe for "Basic French Omelet" is included in this database. In omelet skillet, heat butter. Add salt pork and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
