Chocolate Mousse

1/8 cup strong coffee
2 pieces semi-sweet chocolate squares
3 teaspoons sugar
4 large egg yolks
5 large egg whites

Preparation / Directions:

In small, heavy saucepan, combine coffee and chocolate. Heat until chocolate is melted, but do not allow to boil. Take pan off fire. Add sugar and stir until well blended. Stir in yolks one at a time. Turn into serving bowl. In mixing bowl, beat whites until firm. Fold beaten whites into chocolate mixture. Chill.
