Celery "Bonne Femme"

1 medium apple -- thinly sliced
3/4 cup celery -- thinly sliced
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 drops few drops of lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream

Preparation / Directions:

In salad bowl, combine apple and celery. In mixing bowl, combine mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well. Stir in sour cream. Blend well. Add to apple-celery mixture. Toss gently but thoroughly. Recipe Source: THE ART OF FRENCH COOKING by Fernande Garvin
