4 cups cheddar cheese
4 cups jack cheese
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic
12 ounces beer
1/2 cup diced jalapeno chiles
1 package croutons
1 package smoked ham
1 package shrimp
1 medium red or green bell pepper
1 medium cherry tomatoes
1 medium avocado
1 package tortilla chips
1 package assorted savory crackers

Preparation / Directions:

combine cheese, flour, and chile powder-toss to mix well rub inside of chafing dish or fondue pot with garlic, discard garlic heat beer in chafer or fondue pot slowly stir in cheese mixture, allowing each to melt before adding more stir in diced chiles serve hot, with croutons, ham, shrimp, bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, tortilla chips, and/or assorted savory crackers to the side
