Shark Teriyaki

Ingredients:


2 pounds shark

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup pineapple juice

1 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic minced

1/4 teaspoon ginger

2 tablespoons oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate all together for 30 minutes. Drain, arrange on greased broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes, basting with marinade. (Also great cooked on the grill)
