Ingredients:

1 pound red snapper fillet
1 cup fresh salsa
4 ounces skim mozzarella cheese -- or farmers cheese, grated
 

Preparation / Directions:

Spray shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place fish fillets in dish, cover with salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree F. oven until cheese lightly browns and fish flakes easily, approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
