Baked Fish With Hot And Spicy Spinach

Ingredients:

1 bunch fresh -- clean spinach, stems and center vein removed
1 bunch fresh clean cilantro -- stems removed
1 large egg white
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
4 fillets cod -- salmon, tuna or sole filets
 

Preparation / Directions:

Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together. Pl ace the aove mixture on fresh filsh filets and bake in 325 F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes. Really great on salmon, tuna, co d or sole.
