baked haddock with lemon, pepper, asparagus and yellow squash
 

Ingredients:

1 pound haddock (use your favorite)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium yellow squash, chopped
5 medium asparagus spears
1 teaspoon pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

pre heat oven to 350 Use tin foil to cover cookie sheet. Making sure the sides are also covered, wrapping foil over edges. Chop asparagus and yellow squash to desired size. Place fish on foil and spread lemon juice over top, pepper and put veggies onto fish. put another sheet of aluminum foil onto sheet aver fish. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky and asparagus and squash is tender.
