Italian Romantic Evening on Christmas Eve
 

Ingredients:


300 grams Fresh Pasta Linguine or Spaghetti

8 cloves Garlic, fresh thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons Ricotta like Saputo

4 medium bocconcini like Saputo large sectioned in 4

8 medium asparagus spears pre-cooked and cut in half

10 medium half of pittless black olives

12 large pre-cooked shrimps

6 large sea scallops pre-cooked

2 ounces white wine

2 ounces chicken stock
 

Preparation / Directions:


Start Setting the table and have all ingredients including pots and pans ready, lovers will toast to whatever they heart still desire. Boil water to cook fresh pasta, follow directions of pasta package. In a medium saucepan put wine and stock to warm up asparagus, shrimps, seascallops, olives - making sure to stir gently carefully. Have everything handy and the table prepared when you and your lover toast to a holiday wish. In a small frying nonstick pan, add half a teaspoon of olive oil and garlic on low-medium heat just enough to turn garlic light golden tender. Add pasta in boiling water. Fresh Spaghetti within one minute or two minutes. More minutes for Lancia Dry Spaghetti, more like at least 5 minutes. Strain Pasta, place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, toss rapidly. Add if you like it, 2 tablespoons of sourcream, if you want more or less. Add the warmed up fish and vegetables, toss gently. Serve on 2 large dish, flat or fancy large shell shaped dish. Top with cheeses, bocconcini and ricotta, as you wish. Buon Appetitto.

 

Nutritional Information:

The fat contained here is not cooked into the spaghetti, therefore, very for you to digest this meal. It lubricates your intestines. There is calcium from the cheese and the proteins from the fish. This is for anyone who loves Chinese and Italian foods. It's colorful and nutritious and light. I usually have some bread and butter on special occasions with this meal.
