Preparation / Directions:
Rinse fish and pat dry. In small bowl, combine 6 tbs softened butter, 2 tbs chives and 1 tbs lemon juice. Spread butter mixture evenly on one side of fillets. Roll up fillet, starting at thin end. Pour milk into shallow dish. Dip rolled fillet into milk. Coat with bread crumbs, and place seam-side down in baking dish.
Bake in preheated 400F oven for 12-15 minutes. (12-10 minutes for thinner fillets) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
