4 fillets farm-raised catfish fillets -- (4-ounce)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning*
1 spray vegetable cooking spray
1 medium lemon wedges -- (optional)

Preparation / Directions:

* [Editor] See "Cajun" recipe collection for many Cajun seasonings. Or use Paul Prudhomme's "Seafood Magic" Cajun Seasoning. Brush both sides of fillets with lemon juice, and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and broil 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serving Ideas : Serve with lemon wedges, if desired
