Firecracker Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:


6 large hard-cooked eggs

1/3 cup mild salsa

3 tablespoons low-fat sour cream

3 tablespoons green onions -- minced

1 tablespoons black olives -- chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 medium green onions -- optional

1 medium red pepper strips -- optional

1 bunch parsley -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set aside whites. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients until combined. Refill whites, using 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with green onions, red pepper strips or parsley, if desired.
