Ingredients:


1 bunch lettuce leaves

4 large hard-cooked eggs -- halved lengthwise

10 1/2 ounces asparagus spears -- drained

1/2 cup wish-bone thousand island dressing

4 medium pimiento strips

1 bunch watercress
 

Preparation / Directions:


Line a platter with lettuce leaves. On it place egg halves, cut side down and arrange asparagus in bundles. Spoon Wish-Bone Thousand Island Dressing over eggs. Top asparagus bundles with pimiento strips. Garnish with watercress. Makes about 4 servings.
