Preparation / Directions:
With their mayonnaise binding, be sure to keep Deviled Eggs chilled-in. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, cheese and parsley or horseradish Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Arrange eggs on large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Deviled Eggs are not eggs with bad character.
