1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 piece english muffin
1 tablespoons butter
 

Preparation / Directions:

COMBINE EGGS AND CREAM-MIX WELL STIR IN SHRIMP, SALT, PEPPER, AND MUSTARD-MIX WELL HEAT BUTTER IN A SKILLET, OVER A MEDIUM-LOW FLAME ADD EGG MIXTURE, HEAT AND STIR UNTIL SET SPOON OVER MUFFINS SERVE HOT
