Mexican Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
8 large hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons green onions -- chopped
1 tablespoons sour cream
 

Preparation / Directions:

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients with the mashed yolks. Stir well. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and garnish as desired. Chill and serve.
