Low-Cholesterol Egg Substitute

Ingredients:

1 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 large egg whites
4 drops yellow food color
 

Preparation / Directions:

Sprinkle dry milk powder over egg whites and beat with fork until smooth. Add food color and beat until well blended. Equivalent of 1 large egg.
