POACH EGGS, DRAIN, AND SET ASIDE COMBINE TOMATOES, ONIONS, GARLIC, RED PEPPER FLAKES, CILANTRO, AND VINEGAR-MIX WELL SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT ARRANGE TWO CORN TORTILLAS ONTO EACH PLATE LADLE SAUCE MIXTURE OVER TORTILLAS TOP WITH POACHED EGGS SERVE HOT
