3 large egg
1 cup cabbage
1/4 cup water chestnuts
1 tablespoons scallions
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons peanut oil

Preparation / Directions:

combine eggs with cabbage, water chestnuts, scallions, and soy sauce-mix well heat oil in a wok or skillet, over a medium flame add 1/4 cup egg mixture, heat until well set and lightly browned turn and heat until lightly browned remove from pan, keep warm repeat with remaining egg mixture sauce as desired serve hot or warm
