1 large egg
1 Tablespoon flour
1 Tablespoon Cream cheese (softened)
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Tablespoon salt (more or less to taste)
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine (Melted)

Preparation / Directions:

Beat the egg, add flour, baking powder, salt, and cream cheese and place in frying pan with melted butter on med high. Cook until done
