Roman Honey omelette

3 tablespoons honey (45 milliliter)
4 large eggs
1/2 pint milk (275 milliliter)
1 tablespoons olive oil (15 milliliter)
1 dash Pepper

Preparation / Directions:

Mix together the eggs, milk and oil. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and heat. When it is sizzling add the mixture. When thoroughly cooked on one side turn out on to a dish. Warm the honey and pour it over the omelette. Sprinkle with pepper and serve
