Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups Milk -- chilled

2 tablespoons Sugar

1 large Egg

1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg - to decorate

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a blender at high speed until frothy. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg. 1 Serving.
